In his three seasons, Scott went a combined 64-166 and finished in last place each of his three seasons in Cleveland.

During his time in Cleveland, Scott drafted well in selecting guards Kyrie Irving and Dion Waiters along with forward Tristan Thompson, but was unable to get the Cavaliers into the playoffs. With news that Phil Jackson might be interested in returning to the sidelines, Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert might make a play for the Zen Master.

The former Laker guard was put in a tough situation when he was hired in Cleveland, but his track record from his days in New Orleans should land Scott another job.
