With no end
in sight for the Zoom Kobe IV line, it looks as if Nike is stepping it up right before the start of the 2009-10 NBA regular season. Kobe Bryant and a few of his teammates will be wearing these to start the season as they try to go back to back and defend their NBA Championship. 
Last year, Lamar Odom, Trevor Ariza, and Shannon Brown wore the Zoom Kobe IV’s in their run to the NBA title. If you haven’t jumped on board yet and purchased some of the Zoom Kobe IV’s then this is the perfect time.
On October 17, 2009, Nike will release both the Home and Away Gradient Lakers colorways of the Zoom Kobe IV at a FootLocker near you. The Home version features a white leather toe which gradually fades to purple. The Away version features a black toe that also gradually fades into purple. The laces on both also feature the gradient effect. If these color schemes aren’t what you’re looking for, why not make your own Zoom Kobe IV color scheme at NIKEiD.
