VIDEO: Lakers Locker Room – Xavier Throws Nick Young’s Jersey In Trash

The Los Angeles Lakers locker room is a fun place to be around when the Lakers are on the road, especially coming off a win against the Boston Celtics.

And, especially when Nick ‘Swaggy P’ Young and Xavier Henry are joking around. Before the Lakers played the Toronto Raptors at the Air Canada Centre on Sunday, I was attempting to get a pre-game interview with Henry who happened to be sitting at Young’s locker. Young continuously and entertainingly interrupted the interview saying, “I knew you wanted to be me, X. It’s cool.”

Upon realizing Young’s jersey was hanging up behind Henry, a hilarious interaction ensued, which resulted in Henry throwing, or rather ‘shooting,’ Swaggy P’s jersey in the locker room trash can. Young retaliated by making fun of (complete with imitation) Henry’s stumble during the Philadelphia 76ers game, and Henry shot back by rightfully claiming that Young copied him for wearing tights during a game.

Needless to say, it’s priceless. Check out our video above and don’t forget to subscribe to our Lakers Nation YouTube Channel!
