Video: Lakers Nation Interviews Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Julius Erving

After the Dwight Howard introductory press conference Friday evening, Lakers Nation took a page out of Superman’s book, and pulled off something no one else could.

Reporter Serena Winters  interviewed Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Julius Erving (Dr. J) just moments after an exclusive with Howard. Thanks for letting us borrow the cape, Dwight.

Kareem weighed in on Howard’s advantages over Andrew Bynum.

“With Andrew there were times where he was very enthusiastic and times where he was indifferent. When you have someone who is solely committed like Dwight Howard, it’s better for the team.”

Dr. J’s predictions?

“They’ll probably play Philadelphia for a couple of championships, and I’ll be cheering for Philly.”
