VIDEO Exclusive: Dwight Howard’s Message To Lakers Nation

Dwight HowardAfter the Lakers beat the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night, Dwight Howard had a special message for Lakers Nation.

“Hey Lakers Nation, we need you guys to support us okay. Every game. The purple and gold, to the fullest.”

But, that wasn’t all. Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters told Dwight about the fans that comment in support of Dwight Howard beneath the videos on our Lakers Nation YouTube Channel, which led to an amusing exchange.

“Thank you for that one person, everyday that continues to support me, and I’m going to make one of those free throws just for you.”

Howard then continued by acknowledging all the crazy questions asked by the media. In a hilarious moment, Howard singled out ESPN radio broadcaster and sportscaster at Time Warner Cable SportsNet, John Ireland.

“John Ireland is used to asking crazy questions. Everybody else asks great questions, sometimes, but…”

Once Howard has realized he’s run out of things to say in his monologue, he ends by telling the fans to send their best ‘Kobe face’ to his twitter account, @DwightHoward.
