VIDEO: Dwight Howard’s Biggest Regret While He Was A Laker In LA

It was Dwight Howard’s first return to Staples Center on Wednesday night and, as expected, his entrance was met by an echo of boos from Lakers fans. The boos started the moment Howard stepped on the court pre-game. Even Nick Young had a laugh and egged the fans on by throwing his hands in the air. Though the Houston Rockets controlled the entirety of the contest against the Lakers, the boos didn’t leave until Howard stepped off the court.

At one point, Howard was so amused by the negative chants, he even chimed in as relentless fans screamed out a melodic “Howard sucks.” After the game, Howard told reporters that the first thing his teammates said to him was that they wanted to win the game for him. Though Howard reiterated responses of not wanting to focus on the Lakers when asked Lakers questions, he did have an answer to his regrets while in LA. Plus, Howard talks about what he expects from the Lakers in the future. Check out our video above and don’t forget to subscribe to our Lakers Nation YouTube Channel.
