Twitter Tip-Off Episode 1: Metta’s Memorial Mishap, Other Twitter Fun

Following your favorite athlete on Twitter has become commonplace these days, and most of them are good for some solid entertainment. While some athletes stick to tweeting standard things about each game, others give you the opportunity to get a glimpse into their private lives and see what they like to do off the court.

In honor of the Twitter revolution, our very own Amy Halvorsen has started a new weekly show titled Twitter Tip-Off, where she will look at some of the best athlete tweets from the last week. This week Amy caught up on some of the Lakers’ off-season plans, and Metta World Peace’s Memorial Day mistake.
