Top 5 Lakers Celebrity Fans

Now that Lakers Nation has listed our Top 5 Lakers players in each positional category, it only seems fitting to give some respect to the other fixtures of Staples Center, the fans! Since the celebrity fans are the most recognizable, we decided to dedicate this list to them. Although many celebrity fans who attend Lakers games get a bad rap (some rightfully so) for being fair weather fans, there are plenty who are the real deal. These fans who truly bleed purple and gold, and who can be seen at nearly every game are the only ones we considered for this list. TRUE Lakers celebrity fans make the nation proud, and therefore grace our Top 5 Celebrity Fans list.

1. Jack Nicholson

What really can you say about Jack? The ULTIMATE celebrity fan, and perhaps borders on some lists of the biggest Lakers fan period. Jack rarely misses a game, and is one of the only celebrities (aside from Norm & Flea) to show emotion on the sidelines. Jack gives it to the refs nearly every single night, and makes sure they are calling it right. His ability to sport purple and gold in his own classy way earn him big points towards taking the #1 spot on our list as well.

Lil Wayne does deserve an honorable mention on this list. My bad! Who else does Lakers Nation think should be on here?

Is this best celebrity who happens to be a Laker fan, or best Laker fan who happens to be a celebrity?

Either Norm Pattiz doesn’t belong, or Dyan Cannon does. If it is celebrity power then Norm doesn’t make it. If it is about being a Laker fan then Dyan Cannon is way ahead of everyone but Jack.

This list is really about the celebrity who are fans. Norm Pattiz is a pretty big name, even though lesser known than Cannon. I think his fandom far outdoes hers, no?

The top 3 I’ll agree on, but snoop? I remember him at a Golden State game when they beat Dallas in the first round. He should placed lower behind cannon, leo, spider-man(forgot his real name). Denzel should be 4th. Just my 2 cent…
