With the Lakers done by two with only seven seconds remaining the ball was in the hands of star player, Kobe Bryant. Kobe immediately attacked the basket but missed. O’Neal tried tipping it in to tie the game and missed.

With two seconds remaining Vlade Divac tipped the ball out but Robert Horry was there and got his shot off. Horry sunk the three and tied the series at 2-2.
