The Lakers’ Chances At Being A Top 3 Team In The Western Conference

10. Russ Dzidic Think about it. Hill is back, Nash is good to to we added 3 very solid players and got big K. We are younger and we have better shooters. And we don’t have Dwight drama and 25% free throw shooters. Top 3 is a stretch but top 5 is more realistic

What Is Your Favorite Kobe Championship?

9. Alex Bacon Mine is the last 2 because everybody kept saying he can’t win without shaq….to me he couldn’t win without fisher….when fisher was gone lakers struggled to make playoffs….he comes back and lakers win another back to back….think about it….

On Lakers Nation Ranking Wilt Chamberlain 4th Amongst Laker Centers

8. Randy E Greene Wilt was dominant, and would do whatever needed. If they needed D, he did it, points, he scored them, and was a rebounding machine. He is arguably the best C ever to play the game, but will never get the credit without the rings others had

7. Tim Neja NO—Wilt Chamberlain is the ALL TIME greatest center!! The other’s only measured up to his success—except for multiple championships!! Kareem has him covered.  But no one did ALL  the things Wilt could do!

The Biggest Difference In The NBA Now And 20 Years Ago

6. Chris Wilson Players weren’t buddy-buddy, basketball was fun then, players actually knew the fundamentals, big men wouldn’t dare try to be jump shooters and when ABC got the rights to it, they made it boring and unwatchable.

5. Terry Gordon I grew up when there were rivalries, like the Lakers vs Celtics, Knicks vs. Celtics, 6ers vs. Celtics just to name a few. The Bulls and Pistons had some ears in the 90s. But teams today are watered down. Magic, Bird, Doc, Jordan, they stayed with their original teams and won championships. Unlike Lebron James, who jumped on Dwayne Wade’s ship so he could win. Players of old had more heart and played without all the rules that protect players today. A hard foul was just that, a hard foul. No superstar calls, you just played through it and got revenge. As someone said earlier in this post, Kobe and Tim Duncan are the last of the true franchise players. As for the Shaq question, it’s not his fault centers want to be guards, he’s the last of the true big men to play in this league. Marc Gasol to me is the best big man in the league. He had the post game, can shoot from the outside, and is a great passer. Sorry Dwight, order you a jumper, and work on your freethrows. Maybe then you can become a premiere center in league history!

What Is Your Favorite Kobe Bryant Moment?

4. Dave SubCulture Plur Martinez Lob to Shaq to finally put the stake through the heart, and complete a comeback from a FIFTEEN POINT 4th qtr. deficit to defeat the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 7 of the 99-00 Western Conference Finals.

3. Daniel Bueno When kobe out scored the mavericks 63 to 62 in 3 quarters !! Arguably his best game because itss 63 in 3 quarters, jordans best was 65 in overtime, kobe outscored a great mavericks teams and sat out the WHOLE fourth quarter

2. Kristie Nolen there are so many memories… 81 points, his free throw streak, game winner after game winner, but my favorite is his 2 free throws after rupturing his achilles… he wore his fear on his shoulder, showed us the meaning of a true competitor, and showed us just how invaluable he is to this game… Happy Birthday Bean!

On Lamar Odom Being Found At A Los Angeles Hotel

1. Roni Leon Hernandez Where is your class LAKER FANS!? L.O. was a big part of Laker success. He has a problem and we all don’t know what’s going on! As a REAL LAKER FAN WITH CLASS, we should all wish him well, give him positive vibes and pray for him. I for one am rooting for u L.O.!!!
