Time Warner Cable Bringing Excitement to Lakers Fans

The Los Angeles Lakers are one of the most historic and decorated franchise in all of sports, not just the NBA. The Lakers have millions of fans all across the world and their logo can be recognized nearly everywhere you go. With all of this popularity comes a demand for up-to-date and groundbreaking coverage. Luckily for the Los Angeles Lakers fans, they are getting just that.

Starting in the 2012-13 NBA season, Time Warner Cable will have extensive coverage of the Los Angeles Lakers. From breaking news to live games, Time Warner Cable will be doing its best to provide Lakers fans with the best coverage of the team. In addition, for the first time in history, an NBA team will have two channels dedicated to them, one in English and the other in Spanish.

With a large Spanish-speaking population in Los Angeles, Time Warner Cable has made sure that audience gets is fair share of Lakers news. This group of people have made the Lakers what they are, and this is an opportunity for the team to give back to their faithful fans.

As for the English channel, Lakers fans will continue to experience the amazing work they have been used to for all these years. The broadcasting crew will be one of familiar faces and voices. The Lakers are a team of tradition and Time Warner Cable will be doing all it can to continue on with that legacy.

    I’m not excited this sucks I don’t have time Warner cable… So now I can’t watch lakers games unless I pay 200 bucks for nba league pass???? I have Verizon fios

        Actually, that’s not true. If you don’t have Time Warner Cable, then you won’t get to see Laker games. TWC has exclusive rights to the games.

    Yeah, Lakers really screwed their fans this next season. If you don’t have Time Warner Cable, then you won’t get to see the games. No more free away games on KCAL 9. Dish, DirecTV and Fios won’t be able to carry the games because TWC has exclusive rights to broadcast.

    At least you can watch the games online. It might not be HD quality but it’s better then nothing.

    I hate time warner not a problem i will just pay the $200 bucks for NBA Leagues pass im a Directv man all day twc will not be in my house period.
