Rapper Iggy Azalea Saves Nick Young From Embarrassing Tattoo

The Los Angeles Lakers offseason is in full swing and the news just keeps rolling in. Byron Scott was recently fired, and perhaps more importantly, Nick Young got a new tattoo.

Swaggy P is no stranger to getting new ink, so it is no surprise that he would add a new tattoo to his collection.

What may surprise some, but not many, is the fact that Nick Young may not be the best speller. Young’s fiance, Iggy Azalea, put him on blast on Twitter for what was nearly a huge mistake:

This was obviously just a tweet and perhaps just a joke, right? No. Iggy thought this was so funny that she decided to actually tweet a picture of the tattoo just six minutes later:

Luckily for Young, Iggy was able to catch the mistake before it was marked permanently in ink on his back.

Spelling is not easy for some, and Young’s silly spelling error may have been just a minor oversight. Young did spend three years studying at the prestigious University of Southern California, but anyone is susceptible to making a mistake every once in a while. It can be a bit tricky to transpose the letters “l” and “e” sometimes, but there is no way this was just a minor oversight.

Azalea was obviously poking fun at her fiance, which is great to see after the two lovebirds were at odds after the D’Angelo Russell scandal. Many suspected that Young and Azalea would break up, but it appears that they are still going strong.
