Rant? What is the problem with the Lakers?……. a lot.

I will start off with Andrew Bynum, he is really a great member of Laker line up. Great built, great size, and a big that can shoot. But is he a GREAT center? NO. is he a GOOD center? YES.
But he is childish, inexperience and a proud player (too proud for me).
Okay, he’s acting like a superstar already, he is not even that dominating, compared to some great centers, like SHAQ, the DREAM, ROBINSONS.
He ball hogs, He don’t look for open shooters, or cutters or just simply to repost to gain momentum in the post.
He is impatient, He does not even back down close to the rim.
He may get some offensive rebounds here and there, alley oops, and put back dunks, but only because he is long.
Andrew Bynum needs to learn that he has a coach, that he is part of a TEAM, that he is NEEDED for the Lakers to be successful.
He needs to grow up and learn to level down a little, and show maturity and just plain play the game.

Next off, Kobe Bryant, I know how much of a volume player he is, I know he is an elite player but he needs Pau Gasol and Bynum involved in the offense.
He takes shots like MnM’s. And bad shots most of em’… he needs to show leadership by not being the number 1 scorer in the team, but by winning WITH the team.
He is not a ballhog, but I think that he is just trying too hard when he does not have too, because he got good players surrounding him.
he’ll get the basketball NO MATTER what. He needs to share it a little more. I know he passes the ball in 1st quarter, but after that, he just does not see nobody.
Ofcourse Kobe bryant is a great player, He makes shots that impossible to make, but winning the game as a TEAM. I think that will make him even GREATER.

and we got Mike Brown, I salute him for benching Kobe and Bynum, even though they are the stars of the team, but they need to know that they are not the one
who is coaching the team. It’s him, Mike Brown. for that bravo….
BUT he needs to keep Kobe, Bynum and Pau whether it is a 20 point lead game or a 1 point game, especially….in a tight game.
He does not need to sit Kobe that long, nor Pau and Bynum… Even tho these guys are star players , they are still playing with other STAR/NBA players (which are just as trained as they are).
Mike Brown needs to show that he is a leader, that he is ready to handle players like Kobe and Bynum , just how Phil Jackson handled Dennis Rodman and Ron Artest type of players.

My conclusion, Lakers’ struggles because of these players, and the rest just follows. They’re not doing really bad in the season, but they are lost games that they should have won.
Artest and Barnes helped a lot in defense , Blake and Sessions are doing great in point guard position , Pau Gasol is still dominating his position, and Star players need to be more of a leader.
