In his first start as a Los Angeles Lakers, Ramon Sessions did not disappoint with 20 points, 11 Assists, six rebounds on 6-10 shooting vs. only three turnovers. Ramon also hit a clutch three-pointer in the fourth quarter as the Blazers tried to make a run, and was instrumental in helping the Lakers get the win Friday night.

Here’s his interview with Fox Sports West reporter, Lindsay Rhodes, after the game:

this guy is exactly what the lakers needed to make it to the finals again. a quick pg to feed the bigs and cause chaos for the defense. loving this guy….i remember doing “my player” in nba2k10 and getting torn apart by sessions when i matched up against him. i liked him then and i love him now. and he has the right mind set and hes appreciative of being a laker. i love it…i just freakin love it!

i agree…. and im glad the lakers did this trade instead of the block buster deals that the other peeps talking about…..like hoeward and trading pau away…. championship caliber… and i cant wait to see if the lakers will try to get lamar back  next year…..(wishful thinking…)=)
