Poll Results: Can Lakers Still Win With Pau Gasol?

After all the trade talk surrounding Pau Gasol and the Lakers lately, many fans are getting the impression that the team might not be able to reach their ultimate goal with Gasol still on the roster.

This sparked us to ask our Facebook fans their own opinion on the situation with Gasol, and whether or not they believe that the Lakers can still win a championship with Gasol as one of their key contributors.

Of the fans who voted, most of them were still in favor of keeping Gasol, or at least still believed that Los Angeles can win the NBA championship with the 7-foot Spaniard. In fact, 61 percent of the votes believe in Gasol with the Lakers, while only 15 percent believe they need to make a move to win it all.

In addition to those two responses,  24 percent of votes simply believe that we don’t have enough evidence to make an accurate decision. Those votes were in favor of waiting to see how the team gels once Steve Nash returns.

One thing fans have unanimously decided is that the team isn’t playing up to par, but most of them are simply stating ‘keep calm and win rings.’
