Marcus Smart, Noah Vonleh,Aaron Gordon, Doug McDermott, Zach LaVine, Gary Harris, Tyler Ennis, James Young, Elfrid Payton, Brendan Lane, Davion Berry and Jerry Evans. That’s the exact order i think Mitch and company have the players rated.I am pulling for Mitch to get his man Marcus Smart at #7 if by some chance he slips to the Lakers i will be happy for Mitch and Buss. They are great guys and they deserve to draft the player they want.Good ole boys.

We need a Point Guard in this draft.Marcus Smart please.

It is easier to draft base on needs…but it is best to draft base on the best talent available… Mitch has said it many times, they will draft the best talent on the board.

Smart and Gordon seem like that

Yeah, i can’t disagree with that… anyone of these 4 Smart, Vonleh, Gordon, Randle… can’t go wrong with Lakers… I am more excited about who the Lakers will sign in free agency…

I was ok with Noah, but apparently he’s undersized and not actually 6’10. I’m only ok with Gordon because of how athletic he is making up for it, as well as the chance he grows still.

Vonleh is 6’9, 6’9.5 in shoes (basically 6’10) every player does this Kobe is actually 6’4 but in shoes he is 6’5 1/2 so basically 6’6.

    Like, is this possible?
    Cavs: Embiid
    Bucks: Wiggins
    76ers: Vonleh
    Magic: Parker
    Jazz: Smart
    Celtics: Gordon

I’d take Exum but doubtful given the Jazz or celts would likely pick him up.

    • kookiebuger

Not going to happen the Magic will take Exum, the Bucks or 76ers will take Parker and the Jazz will probably take Vonleh.

Part of this is me jut wondering if there’s any way Exum gets to 7.

I guess the bigger question is if anyone will leapfrog into the top 3 who was not slated to go that high a month ago.

For some reason, I see Vonleh being the guy who could make that leap. Seems like a guy who has all the tools that will excel in workouts.
