With the draft on Thursday night, the Lakers are looking to wrap up their picks and wrap up any contracts.  The past few days have created a lot of rumors, including the latest on Phil and some interesting free agency news. The Lakers are refueling their team and this offseason looks like it will be very interesting.

Phil Jackson’s daughter has said that she thinks her dad is “done now.” [Slam Magazine]

It is hard to improve a championship team, but the Lakers are trying to do just that.  They have some flaws on their roster, and the front office is trying to fix that. [OC Register]

    If Farmar wants to pass on a 3rd, let him go! There are plenty of guards who would come to the Lakers! Raja would be a good back up, Sasha could play point or bring in Steve Blake!
