30. Charlotte Bobcats (Last weeks ranking 30): The Bobcats struggles continue, winning three of their last 10 games, bringing their overall record to 7-36.

29. Washington Wizards (29): The Wizards overall record is 10-34.

28. New Orleans (28): Some gradual improvements this week but New Orleans is 11-34 on the year.

27. New Jersey (26): The Nets acquired Gerald Green, why? Because he gets the people going! – Will Ferrell voice. Their overall record is 15-31.

26. Toronto Raptors (27): At times the Raptors show signs of improvement, but have done very little this season.
