30. Charlotte Bobcats (Last weeks ranking 30): The Bobcats struggles continue, losing their last three games, bringing their overall record to 7-43.

29. Washington Wizards (29): The Wizards overall record is 12-40.

28. New Orleans (28): Some gradual improvements this week but New Orleans is 13-40 on the year.

27. New Jersey (27): The Nets overall record is 19-35.

26. Toronto Raptors (26): At times the Raptors show signs of improvement, but have done very little this season.
