Head coach Mike D’Antoni spoke the media following the loss and continues to express frustration with arguably one of the worst seasons in Lakers history. D’Antoni let it be known that his players struggle at the NBA level according to Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters:

With Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash out for the season, the upcoming 2014 NBA Draft is the Lakers biggest concern moving forward. The team is positioned for a high pick in the draft and may be able to get their hands on a potential game-changer.

Only 16 games remain for the Lakers in the 2013-14 NBA season with drastic changes possibly on the horizon. D’Antoni may be on his way out while Kobe wants the team to become a title contender next season.

Tough decisions for Mitch Kupchak and company are right around the corner with no indication of which way the team may go in the off-season.
