Magic Johnson, Larry Bird Talk Broadway Show and Rivalry on Letterman

As the two biggest stars in arguably the most heated and competitive rivalry in NBA history, Larry Bird and Magic Johnson became legends in the game of basketball going head-to-head in epic battles between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics during the ‘80s.

A result of the numerous championship showdowns and the historic rivalry between the two NBA Hall of Famers, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird’s legacy and journey has been turned into a play on Broadway called Magic/Bird.

On Wednesday night, the two NBA legends appeared on ‘The Late Show With David Letterman’ to talk about their rivalry in the ‘80s and their new Broadway show.
