Los Angeles Lakers Coach Mike Brown Celebrates 42nd Birthday

By | March 5, 2012|

Today is the 42nd birthday of current Los Angeles Lakers head coach Mike Brown. Following the Lakers’ great win over the Miami Heat, there is no doubt Brown celebrated his birthday a little early yesterday.

This is Brown’s first season leading the Lakers, and he has done a good job so far. Brown came into the position with tremendous pressure as he had to follow Phil Jackson, and despite early season struggles, the Lakers are tied for the Pacific Division lead.

At this point, the Lakers are also tied for the third seed in the Western Conference with a 23-14 record. We here at Lakers Nation wish Coach Brown a happy birthday and the best of luck for the remainder of the season.
