Lakers Rumors: Steve Nash Possibly Returning On Upcoming Road Trip

Steve Nash has been sidelined since the opening week of the NBA season with a minor fracture in his leg which he suffered on Halloween night against Portland. Now, it seems that Nash may be getting close to making his return.

According to Mike Trudell of Lakers.com and Time Warner Cable SportsNet, Nash looks much stronger on the court and could possibly return as soon as the team’s upcoming road trip.

There’s no question that Nash’s return will have a big impact on the struggling Lakers, but D’Antoni doesn’t want that to cloud his judgement and allow him to bring back Nash too soon, possibly risking further injury.

One thing is still certain, Nash is out for tonight’s game against the Utah Jazz, along with teammate Pau Gasol.

  • Kobe

Stop writing these articles with no legs to it..my goodness. I just read he won’t be playing this road trip, he hasn’t even started running or practicing. STOP putting out false information. Last thing lakers fans need.

Last time I checked it was two weeks more.

    Next upcoming road game schedule:
    Tuesday Dec 11 4pm LAL/CLE
    Thursday Dec 13 5pm LAL/NYK
    Friday Dec 14 4pm LAL/WAS
    Sunday Dec 16 3pm LAL/PHI

For some reason I don’t buy this update. (Possibility but not 100% sure)
At present time we should only focus on what is certain: Pau/Nash out.
