When former Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom was originally found unconscious at a Las Vegas brothel, it seemed like he would not be able to survive the ordeal.

Fast forward three months and Odom has not only survived, but has now left the hospital and has moved to a private rehab facility.

According to US Weekly, Odom’s estranged wife Khloe Kardashian had him moved secretly last Wednesday:

Lamar Odom left Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 6. His estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, secretly moved him, avoiding any unwanted attention. Odom, 36, was moved to a private facility that has been set up as a rehab near Kardashian’s home. The move was made quickly and without notifying even Odom’s family.

The magazine also reports that Odom is continuing to improve and is walking without a walker:

Another source close to Odom previously told Us that his condition continues to improve and that he is now walking without a walker. His recovery is nothing short of miraculous after doctors thought Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband wouldn’t make it through the day when he was first admitted.

Odom remains one of the most beloved members of the Lakers most recent championship run. When news of his hospitalization hit, a number of NBA players, coaches, and staff, including Kobe Bryant, made the trip to visit him.

The fact that he seems to be continually improving is a great sign for his health. Hopefully he will continue to recover and, one day, speak on this ordeal that he has been through.
