All I can say is…It’s going to be an interesting season, hoping for the best.

this team could go one of three ways.

      1. mesh really well and use bully ball to over perform what most teams believe we can be and be a dark horse contender like the 2010 mavs.

      2. be a really solid team that is in the race for the playoffs that either goes out in the first round or just misses the cut

      3. does not really mesh and ends up winning around 30-35 games but has plenty of trade bait players that might add picks for future drafts

  • Mark Zarina Samonte

    yeah! please sign Okafor!!!

    • cj

we dont need another big. we have three players that can play center in hill davis and scare

      • SirHambone

Sacre is truly weak in every aspect of the game! We need another big!

        • cj

no we dont. we have 4 players that are 6-10+ in hill davis scare and kelly and we have to 6-9 guys in boozer and randle. we dont have any great big men but we will play hard for 48 mins and und up out performing most teams in the paint

I can’t disagree with that… but it will really help if we can get someone like okafor on a min vet… yeah!!! or perhaps MArion too.

          • cj

i hope we get marion i like the idea of starting 3 guys that are close to 6-10 in hill randle and marion.

i understand were people are coming from with the we need a true center thing. but we dont need another big on this roster that has 6 atm. if we cut/trade scare then by all means add a true center but we should not add a true center when we have 6 bigs atm.

Agree on Marion… he is versatile enough to defend the four on switch… I think with him, we are really going to be solid on both ends of the floor. His shot may looked ugly, but I don’t care about aesthetics, as long as it is effective.

          • cj

36% three point shooter sounds nice

          • http://www.haveslot.com/ richard

Not to mention we still have Nash on the roster(if he is now traded)… Marion played a lot better when he was playing with Nash, specially as the runner on the wing…

          • Al Haldie

            I agree !

        • Al Haldie

He was a rook last yr -how do you think you would do sitting on the bench with a little play time- give the kid a chance…

  • Luis

i dont know about you guys but i feel like next season will be a good one! hire byron scott already and another sf like marion or beasley or ET

  • dr.bust

    Let the kids play

  • dr.bust

I really liked the Energy these guys showed as a team.pushing the ball up court. .just showed how much they love this game.they played like a Team

  • Satuk Buğra Kutlugün

Come on!! Why waive Kendall Marshall.. He would be a good back up to Nash and Lin.. considering that Farmar moved on to Clippers.. and yes, we need a big man that can pull down some rebounds..

    • http://www.haveslot.com/ richard

Marshall was the odd man out once FO saw what they wanted to see in Jordan Clarkson… that kid can really ball.

    • cj

we have 3 bigs in hill davis and boozer that all averaged over 8 rebounds per game per 36 mins. we got rebounders

    • New power house

Marshall is a joke of a player. He missed his chance and we got Clarkson who is already shown way more game than Nash and Marshall together at this point. Back up gps are not that hard to find. What we need is a sf that could shot the three and defend at a decent level.

  • Jon

Looking good expecially if kobe is 100…need some 3 point shooters 2 spread the floor, some gunners

    • cj

lin can hit threes. x can hit threes. young can hit threes. wes can hit threes. kelly can hit threes. clarkson can hit threes. kobe can hit threes. we got shooters we just need them to hit their shit

  • SPURSFANFROMOC

Maybe playoffs for Greedy Kobe ($ 24.5 million – could have freed up CAP space but didn’t!!!), but can beat the SPURS!!!!

    • Al Haldie

      I think that has been ran into the ground – find something to talk about {new}

      • http://www.haveslot.com/ richard

you never know where a mushroom would sprout…. they just pop out of nowhere.
