Lakers Nation Video: Robert Sacre on Lakers Rookie Year and More

By | January 16, 2013|

At practice this week, LakersNation.com reporter Serena Winters took a few minutes to delve into the more personal side of rookie Robert Sacre, who’s seen his fair share of minutes after unexpected injuries to the Lakers’ big men. From his time in the NBA D-League (he’s been sent down and recalled twice) to his teammates nicknaming him “baldy,” the rookie shares some of his experiences as a first year on the team.

Plus, did you know Sacre’s father is a former NFL player? And, he’s a diehard Saints fan?

And, if you haven’t seen the rookie’s tattoo of Mike Tyson, here’s your chance. We’ve seen him on the court, but now it’s time to get to know him off the court.
