A graduate of Old Dominion with degrees in criminal justice and human services, Bazemore could be competing for one of the most intelligent players in the Lakers locker room. Born in New Jersey, Brooks grew up a fan of Shaquille O’Neal and became a Laker and Kobe Bryant fan when Shaq made his way to Los Angeles.
