Lakers Kobe Bryant Will Play Christmas Day Even with Wrist Injury

According to 710ESPN.com, Lakers shooting guard, Kobe Bryant talked to the press regarding his injury, which some have speculated would hold him out 3-4 weeks.

Kobe did not practice today, but according to what what he’s said, the swelling in his wrist that increased Wednesday has come down and he will be fine for Christmas Day. With a combination of manual therapies and range of motion exercises around the clock, a lot of credit has to be given to the Lakers trainers.

    I knew he would play.  It’s kinda hard to hold the Mamba back.

    He is such a selfish player. They play better without him. He should realize that he is no longer 25 and is no longer dominating. The only thing he cares now is beating MJ’s scoring record. What is he shooting now? 5-10 and 7 turnovers which resulted in a 20 point swing? Man’s got to know his limitations.
