Lakers Give Permission to Atlanta, Charlotte To Talk To Darvin Ham

The Lakers may be losing another piece of their team this off-season, and it is not a player.

The Lakers have granted the Atlanta Hawks and the Charlotte Bobcats permission to speak with assistant coach Darvin Ham according to Mark Medina.

As free agency nears, the only thing that seems to be happening is people have an interest in leaving the organization. If Ham were to leave the Lakers coaching staff, the only remaining coach on the staff would be Dan D’Antoni.

As if the Laker coaching staff had not already taken enough hits with the departure of Steve Clifford and Bernie Bickerstaff, now Ham may be on his way out leaving the beloved D’Antoni’s with all the control of the coaching staff.
