That’s right! Nike is following last years pattern by releasing a variety of colors and themed shoes for the Zoom Kobe V. First we got the Chaos (white/purple/green), then the Dark Knights (black/blue), and finally a Bruce Lee (black/yellow) version. So, what’s next? This month Nike will release at least seven new Zoom Kobe V colors. There will be something for everyone, from general release colors like the white/purple, to the extremely limited Aston Martin pack. The shoe that is changing the industry is about to get even hotter.
Mark your calendars and break your piggy banks because this will be a crazy month for the Zoom Kobe V. On March 6th, the Lower Merion Aces (Kobe’s High School) edition hit the streets along with the white/purple colorway. Then, on March 13 there will be two college themed Zoom Kobe V shoes, USC and Duke, although the Duke version will not have the logo. The USC edition will surely be a popular one here in Los Angeles. Then, finally on March 20 the Rice (yellow/green) edition will release.
Now if your really feeling lucky then try and get your hands on the Da Vinci edition or the Aston Martin pack which features one Hyperdunk and one Zoom Kobe V. The Aston Martin pack has been the buzz on sneaker blogs and even featured on TV. Both shoes in the pack were inspired from the Aston Martin car (silver/maroon).
I’m excited to not only get my hands on all these shoes but can’t wait to see the playoff editions. And maybe even a Zoom Kobe V Finals one.
