Kobe Bryant Records 5,000th Career Assist

At the 2:10 mark of the Lakers-Rockets game, Kobe Bryant set-up Pau Gasol for an easy layup and he recorded the 5,000th assist of his illustrious NBA career.

Bryant has climbed the scoring charts this seasons, but his latest milestone shows how much of an team player he has been.  Kobe is both a capable scoring, but he has the ability to setup his teammates for easy baskets.

Congratulations to the Black Mamba on his 5,000th career assist!
