I have to hand it to Nike and the AEG group for throwing a great event at LA Live this past weekend for all the Laker Fans and Basketball fans in the Southern California area. As I talked about yesterday in my Lakers 3 on 3 Day 1 report, there were plenty of entertainment for the whole family, but today was all about the dunk contest. I arrived a little late, so I missed a few dunks, but trust me, I definitely got enough pictures and videos to make up for the ones I missed.
I also threw in some pictures of the celebrity 3 point contest, but seriously, it was pretty bad! The first 2 shooters made a grand total of 1 shot (both were grown men) and both got beat by a 13 year old girl who they selected from the crowd! So, I had some video of that, but I thought I’d keep my readers instead of wasting 3 minutes of their life they’d never get back.
On to the photos. I know you’ll love the dunk shots as they really some of the favorite photos I’ve ever taken.
