After not playing for four consecutive games, Los Angeles Lakers center Chris Kaman was clearly unhappy with his spot in coach D’Antoni’s rotation and was not shy about voicing his displeasure. So when he got a chance to make an impression tonight against the Houston Rockets, he made sure to take advantage of it.

In the fourth quarter of tonight’s game, Kaman received the ball in the post against Houston Rockets forward Terrence Jones, what happened next was a thing of beauty:

Terrence Jones’ attempt at ‘pulling the chair’ on Kaman worked perfectly, but Kaman’s presence to flip the ball up before he traveled was both incredible and entertaining. The shot served as the clear highlight of the night in an otherwise disappointing 113-99 loss to the Rockets.

Kaman would finish with five points, five rebounds, three assists, and two blocks in 14 minutes tonight. But, he will definitely be on everyone’s highlight reel with that beauty of a layup.
