I dont know if you play online or not but the Team Deathmatch is very addictive. I used to go home at lunch time and try to squeeze in as many games as possible.

Ah I've hardly played World at War online, I think COD4 is much better online but the singleplayer on World at War is better.

how can anything older be better than anything newer? Especially when it comes to video games. thats like saying I like Atari better than Xbox 360.

Anyway, I don't know anyone who prefers World at War multiplayer to COD4's multiplayer... other than you, I guess.

I guess youre one of those guys that prefers pagers to cell phones. COD 4 is like 4 years old WaW is brand new. I see like 300,000 people playing when I log on to WaW. You cant even find COD 4 at gamestop anymore.

Cod4 used modern weapons whereas cod5 is still world war II.  So I can understand what you are saying.  Cod5 used the Cod4 engine to make a world war 2 game.  Dead II rights was much better than the sequel.  Soul Reaver was much better than Soul Reaver II.  Newer doesn't make it better

I've never had a pager. COD4 came out in 2007.

I prefer Age of Empire 2 to Age of Empires 3 by far.

I prefer Battlefield 2 to Battlefield 2042. And in many ways I prefer Battlefield Vietnam to 2.

I prefer both Rome Total War and Medevil Total War 2 to the new Empire Total War.

I prefer Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 to Rollercoaster Tycoon 3.

Although I love GTA4, for the most part I preferred San Andreas. And in some ways I preferred Vice City to that.

Many of these aren't just my opinion, many people share them. My point is; just because it's newer it doesn't mean it's better... usually the graphics get better but the graphics are by no means everything. There's not even that much difference between the graphics in COD4 and World at War.

Oh he is talking about Modern warfare which isnt really COD4. It is its own thing. Thats whu they are making a Modern warfare 2. Yes that is a good game but the multiplayer on that is not better than the one for WaW. A helicopter as a perk Is weak and unfair.
