Out on a limb? Jordan revived basketball because the showtime era was over and no one was watching, and he was great, but other than the 6 rings, he made it exciting again. Look at the big picture Juan. Then again you probably didn;t watch much Kareem in his hey day.

clearly you don't recognize anyone before Jordan for their accomplishments. he's your choice for GOAT. thats fine but it doesn't make it closed for debate.
you can't deny Kareem's impact on basketball at every level.

That's because the NBE didn't hype individuals back then. David Stern made Michael Jordan the face of the NBE. He also had endorsement deals that sold him worldwide. Imagine if they had the same coverage when Wilt scored 100 or averaged 50 rebounds a game in a season. ESPN would have been all over him.
Juan, Kareem was leaving his prime with the showtime lakers. You have to go back to his days with the Bucks and his battles with Wilt.
How is the finals MVP not subjective? It is voted on by the press
