I wanted to see Vic fail (Bad me, he did his time), he has really brought a charge to the Eagles offence. He has become a drop back passer, holly cow. Kolb may never get a chance to start unless Vic gets hurt. Suprise of the NFL weekend. Good for you Mr. Vick. :football:

Yeah he had a really good game. His last drive was pretty cool. Too bad he was short on 4th and 1.

Like him or not, because of what he did, he's sure exciting to watch.  I know I'll be tuning in to more Philly games now since I have the Sunday Ticket. :football:

Kevin Kolb.   You got rid of McNabb for this.  How do you start him over Vick again?

If Vick started the Eagles may have won the game.

That's what Vick told the media after the game.  Wonder how that is going to go over with the coaching staff and Kolb

Reid better swallow his fat pride.  You can't start 0-2 in that division

Andy Reid is an idiot. Once again his atrocious clock management and decisions cost the Eagles a game. They are going nowhere this year. McNab covered up for Reid's stupidity for years and years.

If they were going to run Vick 2.0 on 4th and 1, the should have spread out the offense

Precisely. He had no running lane.

Kolb will start if his concussion gets better.  If I was a Eagle player, I would hit him upside the head with a frying pan

Doesn't matter. Eagles are going nowhere as long as Reid is calling shots. Same could be said about Cowgirls with Phillips in charge and a few other teams. Chargers also going nowhere with Norvell.

From I heard on Sunday from some pretty good sources i have (NFL network on 212) Kolb will be the starter next week. I think you have to give Kolb a chance to lose the job before handing it Dog Slayer Vick.

So I'm guessing you would start Jason Campbell instead of Gradkowski? Eagles don't have time to waste.  Vick isn't just a QB, he is a WEAPON.  He opens up the running game for himself and the running backs.  Kolb has a bad pre-season and bad 1st half of game won.  He didn't win the starting job, it was given to him.  Shouldn't job performance count for something?

Kolb didnt get taken out because of ineffectiveness, it was due to injury. While he did have a poor pre season and start of the season he was lights out last year when subbing for McNabb. Kolb was the reason that McNabb was expendable. I think if you give up on your franchise QB for Kolb you need to let him play out his struggles a little bit longer than 1 1/2 games.

He should have been taken out for ineffectiveness last week.  In the NFL, you don't have games to waste (like BASEBALL).  You can see the body language of the players change when Vick enters the game.  Do you honestly think Kolb give the Eagles a better chance of winning than Vick?

I agree that Vick is the better QB right now but Kolb deserves a shot.

It doesnt appear that way right now but still believe that Kolb needs a chance to lose the job. If the franchise believed in him enough to give him the starting job without competing for it than I dont think they should be so quick to sit him down. I think the organization is thinking like that for now.
