Not all his bad. Flyers got assclowned last night by a faster and more talented team. The Hawks came out ready to play last night and pretty much had the Flyers on the heels from the outset. By the time the Flyers were ready to compete it was pretty much too late.

Fired GM Dale Tallon deserves a shitload of credit for this Cup. He made some bonehead moves and put Hawks in salary cap hell but he also drafted and traded for nucleus of team that won Cup. Right now fuck the salary cap. I'll take the Cup after almost 50 years of failure. I have been a Hawk fan since the mid-80's and went through lots of disappointment. Nice to see an original 6 franchise return to glory.

Hawks needed to clear some salary and went out of conference to a team that will not hurt them. They have their core group intact. Ducks should go after Kovalchuk. Their defense sucks so atleast the offense would be sick. They would be fun to watch and they have lots of cap room.
