Venice Beach is the Streetball Mecca of the West Coast. These courts exemplify LA basketball at its best. While naturally you might find the occasional wannabe scrubs or weekend warrior, don’t expect them to last too long on the court. There are tons of athletic ballers here who take the game very seriously, so expect some high flying aerial attacks here and try not to be on the receiving end of one of these dunks. You call yourself a”jump shooter?” Well with the surrounding beach, bikinis and breeze, jump shooting is truly an art on these courts so testing your range out here may not be the best idea. But even factoring all these elements, the Venice Beach Courts are a great place to play and enjoy basketball. These courts are undoubtedly the epitome of the LA basketball scene.
