14. John Havlicek

John Havlicek is the third most decorated NBA player winning a total of eight championships with the Boston Celtics. As a small forward for the Celtics he was able to rack up amazing numbers on the stat sheets for his entire career, which totaled to 26,395 points (20.8 ppg), 8,007 rebounds (6.3 rpg), and 6,114 assists (4.8 apg).

He was selected to be an NBA All-Star in 13 seasons and selected to be on the NBA All-Defensive Team for eight seasons for his stellar play . Havlicek is considered to be one of the best defensive players to ever play the game and it showed through the championships he helped the Celtics win. Havlicek was able to get some help from Bill Russell and Sam Jones during his tenure with the Celtics, and they all increased each others’ skills.

13. Elgin Baylor

Elgin Baylor is the best small forward in Lakers franchise history as he scored 23,149 points (27.4 ppg), grabbed 11,463 rebounds (13.5 rpg), and dished 3,650 assists (4.6 apg) for his career. Even though he never won an NBA championship in his career, he was able to help lead the Lakers to the Finals on eight different occasions from 1958 – 1971.

Baylor was a superb small forward throughout his entire career as he was an 11x All-Star and 10x All-NBA First Team. Baylor was honored by the Lakers organization by having his number 22 retired above the stands in the Staples Center.
